Can I upgrade Anaxi just for myself, instead of upgrading everyone in our organization?

Unfortunately, no. Anaxi is built for teams, and our paid plans are doubly so. To upgrade Anaxi, you’ll need to upgrade your entire organization at once. However, you don’t pay for the 10 first members of your organization. 

What are my payment options - credit card and/or invoicing?

You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. If you sign up for an annual subscription and plan to spend at least $2,000, we can invoice you annually. Just contact us and we’ll make it as simple as possible for you.

We need to add new users to our groups. How will that be billed?

We’ll make a one-time, prorated charge to your credit card to cover your new team member’s account for the remainder of the current billing period.

My organization wants to cancel its subscription. How do we do that? Can we get a refund?

Admins can change the organization’s subscription level by contacting us directly on contact@anaxi.com. 

Note that when you unsubscribe your organization, its groups will be dissolved, including everything that has been shared within it. You may create a new organization after that.
